New Belgium and Magnolia have agreed to a buyout by Kirin Brewing’s Lion group. For Magnolia’s owner Dick Cantwell this is the second time he’s been involved with selling his craft brewery to a big brewer. The first was the sale of Elysian to Anheuser-Busch Inbev.
