A survey sponsored by the Brewers Association supplied promising numbers for the Craft Beer Industry. Polling a range of beer drinkers from 21 to 70 years-old, the research found millennials spent the most of craft beer at an average of $66 a month for men and $ 50 for women. Surprisingly, their monthly spending on Craft Beer equaled about as much as spent on their monthly cell phone bill and utilities respectively. The favorite beer styles of this group were Hoppy IPAs, followed by American Pale Ale, Brown Ale and Porter.
