There are no waters in Casablanca.”, Rick – “I was misinformed.” True enough, there are no waters, but there is beer. The namesake, Casablanca, a popular brand among Moroccan beer drinkers, is also served in the Morocco pavilion at Epcot in Walt Disney Orlando, Florida. Was this what Hope and Crosby were seeking on ‘The Road to Morocco’? It’s a clear, deep straw color with moderate heading. The aroma offers malt, grain, and the faintest hint of hops and a kiss of apples. Body is medium light with low to moderate carbonation. Finishes dry and a bit astringent.
