The new owners of Bertram’s have released the following news item… “A leap of faith (and because we like good beer): Bertram’s Salmon Valley Brewery in Salmon, ID is planning to re-open this Summer. The beloved small town brewpub has previous owner Nick Bertram’s blessing (and secret recipes) so David & Melissa Craig are investing in a facelift and new equipment for a refreshed Bertram’s experience! “We’ve had many wonderful times at Bertram’s so are excited to work towards getting it reopened. We’re also very impressed and appreciative of the incredible support from the Salmon and brewing communities.” The Craig’s are actively networking for an operator that could lead to ownership in the Brewpub. “We kind of feel this has been a bit of a crazy undertaking…but we’re confident there’s somebody out there as willing to roll the dice as we are and help see it all the way through.”
