Tank 7 Smokestack Series Farmhouse Ale, Boulevard Brewing, (Duvel-Moortgat), Kansas City, Missouri – A cake-like, frothy, foamy head quickly develops atop this bright, deep straw\amber colored beer. Aroma is typical of the style with a complex combination of bready, biscuity, peppery, earthy and herbal notes. Flavor is citric, earthy notes of Belgian yeast, light esters (pear and apples) and warming alcohol. Body is light\moderate with somewhat low, yet lively, carbonation.
