Cooper’s Sparkling Ale, Coopers Brewery, Regency Park, South Australia – a widely recognized beer, Cooper’s pours a deep gold to light amber color with a solid, dense head. It offers an aroma of complex fruitiness and light, sweet malt. Hop bitterness arrives and then yields to a smooth, slightly toasted malt finish and a nearly bready character. Carbonation is fine and although lightly bubbled possesses a sufficient liveliness.
